PayIt vs State Contract

The NC Office of the State Controller and the Department of Information Technology have partnered together to agree upon a blanket exemption for any State agency wishing to use the PayIt vendor. A formal exemption request from the State contract is not required for agencies who choose to utilize the DIT contract established with PayIt. You are however required to send a notification via email or memo to both OSC and DIT once you have engaged PayIt for services. The notification should include a brief description of your business use case for PayIt and the name of your agency and division. Notification should be sent to Taylor Brumbeloe (taylor.brumbeloe@osc.nc.gov) and Glenn Poplawski (glenn.poplawski@nc.gov).
