OM Mass Position County Update

This workbook contains four spreadsheets which are completed by the Agency to assist BEST with making changes to IT9022 County Code. Please include at least 30 records (per individual tab) to be updated. If less than 30, please process county code updates via PCR.  

Note: Please enter the county code using the numerical code only. The numerical codes for each Count are listed on the County Code List tab. Required fields are highlighted.       

Note: any column left blank, (ex. phone number), will show as a blank field on the record.
