Use
Use this report to examine transactions recorded in the Available Funds File (AFF) but not yet posted to the General Ledger.

Content
The AFF Accounts with Remaining Memo Balances report lists all company/account/centers that have memo balances on the AFF and the total funds available for the company/account/center after application of the memo amounts. When a transaction is first processed against a company/account/center, it updates the appropriate memo balance in the AFF. The AFF Accounts With Remaining Memo Balances records the amounts processed but not yet posted to the General Ledger. When the system calculates the Available Funds File balance, it includes transactions whose effective dates are preceded by the general ledger effective date. It also includes transactions not eligible for posting because they are on hold or pending approval. Therefore, funds are reserved by these transactions and included in the calculation of the Available Funds File balance.
