DISPOSITION INSTRUCTIONS:  Destroy in office after 30 days.

Use
The report automates the daily balancing procedures by repeating the information on the AP-0007 report and displaying totals from other reports that are used to balance daily Accounts Payable activity.

Content
The report shows the balances the day began with and the day finished with, in addition to the subtotals from which the balances are derived. The system excludes any document with a status of Model or Incomplete. Employee expenses and advances are also excluded.

The report is organized by paying entity within activity date.
