Use
Use this report to examine the agency defined Available Funds File control and range parameters for each company and to review errors in the input control range parameters.

Content
The Available Funds File (AFF) provides checking of available funds as defined by sets of range and control parameters. The Range Record 1 parameters establish the range of accounts to extract from the general ledger and the level of control for that range. The Range Record 2 parameters specify options for accounts extracted by Range Record 1 transactions. Range Record 3 transactions define summary accounts for higher levels of control for accounts extracted through Range Record 1 transactions. The report displays a message for each type of range record. The parameters are listed on the report in account order by company.
