Use this report to verify the status of agency centers (active or inactive).

Content
This report series contains two reports: STATUS01 and STATUS02.

STATUS01 - lists inactive centers only.
STATUS02 - lists all centers regardless of the active or inactive status.

Column Headings

• ACCOUNT - details accounting information and classifies revenue, expenditure, and balance sheet information.
• CENTER - lists budget funds mandated by OSBM and agency-defined cost centers (if applicable). Also, the center may list system-defined centers which are used with the suspense account and with summary accounts. These summary centers are used to obtain online summary information and facilitate reporting. Summary centers are defined in the North Carolina Accounting System as 999999999999.
• STATUS CODE - identifies whether a center is active or inactive.
• 0 = active
• 1 = inactive
• ACTIVATE DATE - identifies the effective date on which a center becomes active. An activate date of 00/00/00 is a default which represents the earliest possible date on which the center became active.
• INACTIVATE DATE - identifies the effective date on which a center becomes inactive. An inactivate date of 99/99/99 is a default which represents the latest possible date on which the center will become inactive.
