This report should be used to list requisitions that are incomplete, which may require manual deleting of the requisition header.

Content
This report lists all requisitions that consist of only a header, with no lines associated with the document. The headers may have been created and forgotten by requisitioners. These headers must be deleted manually, or they will remain on line indefinitely. This information is used to assist in cleanup activities as the end of a fiscal year approaches.

Column Headings

• BUY. ENT. - the buying entity under which this requisition was created
• REQ. NUMBER - the requisition number.
• STAT. - (Requisition Status) either open, closed, or delete
• DATE ENTERED - date the requisition header was entered
• REQUESTER NAME - the name associated with the requester ID that was used to set up this requisition header.
• REQUESTER PHONE - the telephone number associated with the requester ID that was used to set up this requisition header.
