Electronic Funds Transfer Services (EFT)

The Office of the State Controller and the Department of the State Treasurer have rebid the Master Services Agreement (MSA) for electronic funds transfer.  The new contract has been awarded to Bank of America and the effective date is June 19, 2020.

The MSA provides services to eligible state agencies, universities, community colleges, local school units, and local units of governments on a statewide enterprise basis, allowing eligible participants to benefit from the leveraging of volume pricing. Following is information for entities desiring to participate in the MSA.
