PA313 - Modifying Position/Employee Data and Reporting

PA313 will explain how personnel administration infotypes affect time, benefits, and payroll. Participants will also learn to modify existing employee data and identify options to access reports.

This class is part of the process for obtaining the HR Master Data Maintainer security role.  To acquire this role you must do the following:

  • A Security Request must be submitted by the Agency's Data Owner to create/change roles assigned to an employee's position.  The required training classes must be completed before the position gains security access to the requested role.

At the conclusion of this course participants will:

  • View position transaction code and infotypes
  • Modify existing position and employee data
  • Identify the options to access reports
